Sandra Wilson, Vice President Property Management for Worth & Associates Property Management, is responsible for providing leadership and motivation to promote a positive, growth-oriented environment for all property management staff as well as managing commercial properties in and around San Antonio and the South Texas region. As she approaches her 21st year with Worth & Associates Property Management, Sandra manages a portfolio of 750,000 Sq. Ft. of office and flex office space at our Union Square and RidgeWood office properties and oversees the Time Warner/Charter Building.
An accomplished property manager, Sandra began her career in the construction industry as an accountant and office manager for Kopplow Construction in the early 1990’s. She further honed her real estate savvy by becoming a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Sandra earned a BBA with concentration in Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) in San Antonio, Texas. She also holds a CPM designation, earned through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Sandra is the proud mother of two daughters, Leah Kunz and Andrea Daniels.
