Worth & Associates acquired the 1970s property, situated on 10.5 acres at 2735 Austin Hwy. in spring 2018 from the San Antonio-headquartered financial institution, and spent the past year renovating it. Upgrades included a new front entrance and renovated lobby, as well as a revamped break room with roll-up glass doors that open directly onto a gated outdoor courtyard.
