You don’t stay at the top of your game for 36 years without keeping your eye on the ball. The South Texas market and everything that impacts it is constantly evolving. As work habits and lifestyles have changed, Worth & Associates has changed the nature of its developments.

Sure, clients still want office and warehouse sites with high visibility and easy access to major arteries. But they are also seeking suburban settings adjacent to parks and greenbelts, alongside hike-and-bike trails, with lots of open space and ample shade trees — inviting natural settings for amenities such as outdoor meeting and dining areas. Today, one of our primary considerations in site selection is proximity to affordable housing, plenty of restaurants, and a diversity of retail shopping.

Worth & Associates has been ahead of the curve in focusing on development outside San Antonio’s urban core. For years, we’ve been seeking out large, undeveloped tracts of land suitable for new construction. As more businesses have flocked to South Texas, the proliferation of projects moving away from the urban core has prompted the city has built new infrastructure to serve them. Primarily located in San Antonio’s far west, northwest, and north-central submarkets, our developments are designed around the live-work-play concept.

Since our founding in 1986, Worth & Associates has developed more than 3 million square feet of office, flex office, and retail space in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. We are experts in building multistory Class A office buildings and high-end, single-story flex office buildings. We also construct speculative and build-to-suit projects, as well as fee developments.

We work closely with the best contractors, architects and engineers to ensure we use only state-of-the-art building techniques, materials, and technologies in our developments.
