KCI Signs 23,000 SF Lease at Worth & Associates Inwood Village II

Inwood Village II is currently under construction and scheduled to be complete Summer 2023.

San Antonio, TX – February 28, 2023. Worth & Associates, San Antonio’s premier commercial real estate developer, announced today that KCI Technologies will be its anchor tenant at Inwood Village II, a two-story class A 74,265 square foot office building under construction at 2806 W. Bitters Road. Inwood Village II is the second building within the Inwood Village Business Park located in the far north central submarket of San Antonio. Construction is slated for completion during summer of 2023.

KCI, an engineering, surveying, and construction management firm will lease 23,000 square feet of office space and plans to move in during the Summer of 2023.
