National nonprofit joins three additional tenants at premier business campus
SAN ANTONIO, TX — July 2025, Worth & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in San Antonio, announced that Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) has signed an 18,559-square-foot lease at University Heights Tech Center – Building 3 at 5710 W. Hausman Road, San Antonio, Texas, marking one of the most significant leases at the campus this year. This transaction is part of a wave of leasing activity that includes MTR Engineers, Texas Materials, and Ameritas, signaling strong demand for premier office space in Northwest San Antonio.
“It’s an honor to have Wounded Warrior Project expand their San Antonio footprint at University Heights Tech Center,” said Clint Worth, President of Leasing and Development at Worth & Associates. “Their mission aligns perfectly with the values of our city, and we’re proud to support their continued growth.”
Wounded Warrior Project’s new space will support nearly 70 employees of the national nonprofit, which serves post-9/11 veterans and their families. The organization chose University Heights Tech Center for its accessibility to the heart of Military City USA and the trusted reputation of Worth & Associates.
“Wounded Warrior Project works tirelessly to honor, empower, and serve our nation’s post-9/11 wounded veterans. That purpose guides everything we do – including where we operate,” said San Antonio-based Wounded Warrior Project Adaptive Sports Director Mike Owens. “We’re grateful to Worth & Associates for working with us on a new space in San Antonio – Military City USA – that not only meets our evolving needs but strengthens our ability to reach more warriors and families.”
Wounded Warrior Project was represented by Brian Kates of Jones Lang LaSalle and Rob Gish represented Worth & Associates in lease negotiations.
Momentum at University Heights Tech Center continues to build beyond WWP, with Worth completing 46,000 square feet of leasing activity so far this year. This includes new leases with MTR Engineers and Ameritas, along with a renewal and expansion by Texas Materials—all of which underscore the strong demand for space in this well-located and highly sought-after business park.
The campus has available spaces ranging from 3,000 to 21,000 square feet.
