University Heights Service Center is a three-building flex/service center complex featuring 126,000 SF of space. The service center space features 3,072 SF and 4,096 SF bay sizes, 16′-18′ clear height and dock, semi dock and grade level loading. The site is gated with card key access and features ample parking.
University Heights Service Center is located just north of the IH-10 and DeZavala intersection and is across the street from the regional FBI Headquarters and Acelity Headquarters with great access to IH-10.
