Walker Ranch Business Park will be a two-building office and flex office project totaling 135,000 square feet. Current development plans for Walker Ranch Business Park include two buildings with separate gated entrances off of West Avenue and Wurzbach Parkway with controlled access. Building I will be a 58,000 square foot, two-story office building featuring move in ready office suites ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,500 square feet. Class A common area amenities will include a fully equipped break room, two state of the art conference rooms, common area Wi-Fi, multiple outdoor break areas including an exterior courtyard along the banks of the Salado Creek hike and bike trail. The building will provide 4/1000 parking, 10’ ceilings and will open Q3 of 2021.
Building II will be a 78,000 square foot flex office building with 26’ clear height and the ability to add up to 37,000 square feet of mezzanine space for a total of 115,000 square feet. Class A amenities will include 5/1000 parking, roof skylights, outdoor break areas and porches and direct access to Salado Creek hike and bike trail. Construction started in March 2020 and will be complete in the 2nd quarter of 2021.
