Bianca Bernal, Assistant Property Manager for Worth & Associates, brings three years of experience in property management to her role. As Assistant Property Manager, Bianca assists Breeana Avila with overseeing and managing the daily operations of 350,000 square feet of Class A office and flex space. She is actively involved in maintaining positive daily tenant and vendor relationships; administrative tasks, such as work orders and correspondence, capital projects, contract services, forecasting, and lease compliance.
Prior to joining Worth, Bianca worked in the multi-family industry, where she started her career as a leasing agent and was quickly promoted to property manager within a year. During her time in multi-family, she served as a mentor to all Assistant Property Managers and Property Manager new hires in her region. She was the recipient of the 2022 Property Manager of the Region award and her property was awarded 2022 Property of the Region along with the 2022 Resident’s Choice award.
Bianca spends her leisure time with her 2-year-old daughter, Ava, going on family getaways.
