Breeana Avila, also known as “Bree” is the Property Manager of Worth & Associates’ Inwood Village I & II, University Business Park B, C, & D, and Exchange Tech. She is currently managing a portfolio of about 350,000 square feet of Class A office and flex space.
Before joining Worth & Associates, Breeana worked in commercial property management for HPI Real Estate and Spire Realty where she assisted in the management of office and retail property. Prior to joining the Commercial World, she spent -+10 years in the Multifamily Industry as a Property Manager. Breeana is an active member of BOMA San Antonio and currently serving as Chairman for the Publicity Committee.
Breeana and her husband Arturo are proud parents of three rambunctious children, Noah (11YR) Avery (6YR), and Ezra (3YR). She and the family are huge foodies and love spending their time cooking new recipes. Her weekends consist of a lot of sports activities and in her spare time she loves a good thrift hunt.
