Chad joined Worth & Associates in 2017 and currently serves as the Vice President of Development. Chad’s responsibilities include Site Selection, Financial Assessment, Design Coordination and Construction Management. Over the last 20 years Chad has completed over 1,500,000 square feet of medical, laboratory/research, office, K-12, hotel and condominium space for both public and private clients. Chad recently completed TSAOG’s Ridgewood Orthopedic Center, Inwood Village I, and University Heights Service Center. He is currently developing Ridgewood Plaza II, Inwood Village II and the remaining property in RidgeWood Park.
Prior to joining Worth, Chad developed hotels and luxury condominiums for Presidian and managed large commercial construction projects for Bartlett Cocke General Contractors. Chad graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1997, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. In 2003, Chad completed a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
Chad spends most of his free time with his family often travelling, relaxing at the lake, playing golf or fishing.
