Claire’s career includes significant roles such as Portfolio Manager and On-Site HOA Manager. She has managed diverse portfolios, overseeing daily operations for large-scale communities and handling interactions with service contractors, residents, and volunteers. Her extensive experience in both developer- and owner-controlled HOA boards has equipped her with a deep understanding of community governance, client relations, and property operations.
Claire previously worked as a subcontractor with the U.S. military, collaborating closely with both the Army and Navy. In 2013, after her time with the Navy in Hawaii, she relocated to San Antonio, which she now calls home.
