Clint Worth has been in the commercial real estate industry for approximately 19 years and currently serves as the President of Development & Brokerage at Worth & Associates. His responsibilities include oversite of all Site Selection, Design Coordination, Construction Management, Leasing, Acquisition and Disposition as well as ongoing Asset Management of the firms growing Multi Story Portfolio. Over the last 16 years with Worth and Associates, Mr. Worth has closed over $125 million in transactions and has completed over 1,650,000 square feet of office and retail space with a combined value in excess of $350,000,000.
Prior to joining Worth & Associates, Worth launched his business career in diversified commercial real estate as a marketing analyst for Trammell Crow Company.
Worth received an MBA in International Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Worth is involved with a variety of professional organizations such as The Texas Cavaliers, Urban Land Institute, past president of the San Antonio Governor’s Club, Real Estate Council of San Antonio Executive Committee and Young Professionals Organization. Worth has also served on the board of the Founder’s Council for Texas Biomed and co-Chaired the Conversations with a Living Legend Luncheon for MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Worth exhibits a work hard play hard mantra. He holds a private pilot certification and is pursuing his instrument certificate. He enjoys racing Trophy Lite and Spec Trucks in the NORRA 1000, BAJA 1000 and Mint 400. He has a passion for being outdoors and personal fitness challenges such as completing the Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon and climbing 14’ers in Colorado. He shares a love for the water and enjoys fishing, surfing, skiing and diving. He treasures the company and support of his wife and three adorable children.
