Crystal Jones, Property Manager for Worth & Associates, has more than six years of experience in commercial property management. She oversees a portfolio of more than 480,000 square feet of Class A office and flex properties, managing day-to-day operations and tenant relations to ensure each building is well-maintained, efficient, and tenant-focused.
Before joining Worth & Associates, Crystal worked with Transwestern Real Estate Services and CBRE, managing over 350,000 square feet of office and medical office space. She brings expertise in budgeting, capital project oversight, and building strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership teams.
An active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) San Antonio, Crystal serves on the Board of Directors and co-chairs the Sporting Clay Tournament Committee. She was recognized as BOMA’s 2024 Property Manager of the Year and received the 2024 President’s Award.
Crystal earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Arts in Communication Studies and Counseling from St. Mary’s University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children, Grace and Daniel.
