Deborah joined Worth & Associates in 2013, as an Administrative Assistant and has since risen through the ranks as Assistant Property Manager and most recently was promoted to Property Manager and Director of Facilities. Managing a 577,000-square foot portfolio of Class A office and flex space as well as a 12-person facilities team, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge, organizational and management skills, attention to detail, technical savvy and a sense of humor to help ensure that vendors, tenants and the property management and facilities teams needs are met. Additionally, Deborah plans on-site tenant events and hosts community give-back events at her properties with local organizations such as Blue Santa, Angel Tree, San Antonio Food Bank, Fill the Bus and more.
Deborah earned her Associate’s degree in Education from San Antonio College and went on to minor in English and major in Psychology at San Antonio Texas A&M. Before calling Worth home, Deborah worked for USAA for over 15 years. She traveled frequently for work and realized San Antonio was where she wanted to call home.
Deborah is a member of IREM and is working towards her CPM. She and her husband Jose are a blended family with 5 grown children and 10 grandchildren. In her spare time Deborah enjoys working in the yard and doing home improvements and she is looking forward to traveling overseas.
