Elisabeth joined Worth & Associates in 2019 as Assistant Property Manager and currently serves as Vice President of Property Management. As Vice President of Property Management, Elisabeth is responsible for providing oversight of approximately 3.2 million square feet of Worth’s properties. She also manages 24 members from the Property Management department and motivates them to exercise creativity and innovation in their daily involvement and interactions with tenants, employees and vendors.
Prior to joining Worth & Associates, Elisabeth worked in commercial property management for Stream Realty in San Antonio and Live-Oak Gottesman where she assisted in the management of office, industrial, and retail property. Elisabeth leverages her experience in budget preparation, financial reporting and operations oversight to maximize profits for her Owners and deliver fantastic customer service to her Tenants.
Elisabeth is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University-College Station, where she earned a BBA with a concentration in Management. She holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, Texas Real Estate License, and is currently a CPM candidate. She is also an active member of the San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Elisabeth has recently taken up golf us a hobby. She also enjoys spending time with family in the hill country and in her hometown of Rockport.
