Assistant Property Manager

Jennifer Mendez, Assistant Property Manager for Worth & Associates, brings seven years of experience in property management and customer service to her position. As Assistant Property Manager, Jennifer oversees and manages the daily operations of over 550,000 square feet of Class A office and flex space. She is primarily involved in maintaining positive daily tenant and vendor relationships; administrative tasks, such as work orders and correspondence, capital projects, contract services, forecasting, and lease compliance. 

Prior to joining Worth, Jennifer worked at Venterra Realty, where she started her career as a leasing agent and was quickly promoted to the position of Assistant Property Manager. She has been the recipient of several awards from Venterra Realty, including the World Class Experience Award in 2016, Better Living Manager of the Region in 2018, Better Way Award in 2018, Ratings and Reviews of Excellence Award in 2019, and most recently, Resident’s Choice Award in 2022. 

Jennifer received her Associates degree in Criminal Justice from San Antonio College in 2014.

An active volunteer with Haven for Hope, Jennifer frequently prepares and serves food at the shelter. Jennifer spends much of her leisure time with her husband, going to movies, camping on the beach, and traveling. She also enjoys binge watching documentaries, specifically historically based or true crime related films.
