Kelly brings over 30 years of construction experience both as a Superintendent and a Project Manager with specific expertise in tenant finish out work. Kelly formerly worked for a general contractor on several Worth projects. Recognizing his unique talents and his experience working on office and medical projects for both private and public clients, Worth brought Kelly in-house to work as a Project Manager for the Development Team. Kelly has completed over 4,000,000 square feet of office space including 300,000 square feet of medical space for clients that include Paragon Infusion Care, Wayland Baptist University, START, Center for Women’s Health, Gastroenterology San Antonio and Pasteur Medical Association.
