Melissa Cordaway brings nine years of experience in property management and customer service to her position with Worth & Associates. As Property Manager, Melissa oversees and manages the daily operations for Ridgewood Plaza I, Ridgewood Business Centers I & II, RidgeWood Medical Office Buildings I & II, and Brookhollow Business Center, totaling more than 485,000 square feet. She is primarily responsible for maintaining positive daily tenant and vendor relationships; administrative tasks, such as work orders and correspondence, capital projects, contract services, forecasting, and lease compliance.
Previously, Melissa served as an assistant property manager for Worth. Prior, to joining Worth she worked as a leasing consultant, assistant manager, assistant manager mentor, and property manager. She has been the recipient of several awards from Venterra Realty, including the Resident’s Choice Award for leasing in 2014, Assistant Property Manager Rising Star in 2016, Assistant Property Manager of the Region in 2017 and 2019, Property Manager Rising Star in 2020, and most recently, Property Manager of the Region in 2021.
Melissa and her husband, Michael, have four children. She spends much of her leisure time attending their son’s football games and karate practices, and their daughter’s cheer practices and competitions. She also enjoys spending time with her family fishing, grilling, going to the beach, and watching football.
