Sarah Hearn, Assistant Property Manager for Worth & Associates, brings over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 16 years in single-family residential property management and four years in commercial property management.
Sarah assists in the management of over 419,000 square feet of Class A office and flex space within the Worth portfolio, which includes Inwood Village I & II, Heritage Oaks II & III, and Exchange Tech. In this role, she supports day-to-day property operations, coordinates maintenance activities, supports tenant relations, and provides administrative and financial support to ensure efficient portfolio operations.
Prior to joining Worth, Sarah served as a Commercial Property Manager overseeing retail and medical office space, further expanding her experience in commercial property operations and tenant relations.
Sarah is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds a Texas Real Estate License along with TRLS and TRPM certifications.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling with her husband and child to explore new cultures, trying new restaurants, and thrifting.
