Shawn Gulley is the Senior Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions at Worth and Associates. For the past twenty-plus years, Shawn has specialized in the marketing of office, flex office and retail properties, as well as acquisitions and client development for Worth and Associates. His recent project list includes Quarry Heights, RidgeWood Plaza, Inwood Heritage Oaks, and The Bakery Building on Broadway to name a few. Some of the companies Shawn has worked with include: NuStar Energy, Andeavor (formerly Tesoro), C.H. Guenther and Son, Whataburger, EOG Resources, RSM, and Strasburger Law firm.
Shawn began his work in office space leasing in 1994 with Grubb & Ellis, where he obtained the ability to customize solutions for real estate owners, corporate occupants and worldwide investors.
Shawn is a 1989 graduate of Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance. Upon graduation, Shawn joined the Banc Plus team in 1990. The following year, he accepted a position in the financial services and computer science departments at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
