Goodwill Business Services Will Use 42,000-Square Foot Space to Expand Contact Center Operations

San Antonio—April 13, 2020. Worth & Associates, San Antonio’s premier commercial real estate developer, today announced it has leased 42,227 square feet in its Austin Highway Business Center to Goodwill San Antonio Business Services. Goodwill will use the space as they expand call center operations to provide meaningful employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other life barriers while providing quality call center services to both local and national businesses.

Goodwill San Antonio Business Services, a non-profit social enterprise helping individuals with documented disabilities and/or other disadvantages gain education, training, and employment opportunities for upward mobility, leased the space, which is currently being finished out with furniture and fixtures to suit their needs. The company began occupying the space in late March. The space will house approximately 200 employees managing inbound, outbound, e-mail, and live chat services when the finish-out is complete.
