Worth and Associates, San Antonio’s premier commercial real estate developer, today announced the promotion of Elisabeth Rose-Torres to Vice President of Property Management. The former Property Manager joined Worth in 2019 and has quickly risen to be an excellent leader with a wealth of experience and expertise.

As Vice President of Property Management, Elisabeth is responsible for providing oversight of approximately 3.2 million square feet of Worth’s properties. She also manages 24 members from the Property Management department and motivates them to exercise creativity and innovation in their daily involvement and interactions with tenants, employees and vendors. Through increasing collaboration between members of the Property Management team and across company departments, Elisabeth works to create and maintain strong tenant and company-wide relationships.
Elisabeth succeeds Sandra Wilson as Vice President of Property Management. Sandra served at Worth and Associates for a 23-year tenure, during which she showcased exceptional professionalism and was a tremendous asset towards garnering company success and assisting in the steady acceleration of company growth.

Over the course of her career, Elisabeth has established herself as an exceptional businesswoman and has amassed a thorough set of achievements. She earned a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University-College Station. She holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, Texas Real Estate License, and is currently a CPM candidate. She is also an active member of the San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). A highly esteemed member of IREM, Elisabeth was a recipient of IREM’s 30 under 30 award in 2020.
