Veteran San Antonio Developer Worth & Associates Promotes Longtime Employee with Expertise and Extensive Contributions
SAN ANTONIO—6/28/23. Worth & Associates, San Antonio’s premier commercial real estate developer, today announced the promotion of Matt Reynolds as Chief Financial Officer. The former Vice President of Asset Management for Worth has been with the company since the onset of his career as an intern.

As Chief Financial Officer, Matt is responsible for managing all aspects of debt financing across Worth’s portfolio, facilitating all communication with and reporting to lenders, maintaining cash flow projections, preparing property and portfolio valuations, and other financial analysis of developmental projects and existing assets. He also works to develop capital management strategies to achieve the short- and long-term goals at both the property and portfolio levels.
For the past 10 years, Reynolds has been a key asset to the team, having quickly risen through the company ranks. Under his former role as Vice President of Asset Management, he had a hand in every financial matter considered by Worth’s senior leadership. Now, as a member of the company’s senior leadership team, Matt will manage and continue to oversee Worth & Associate’s Finance Department.

Matt has an extensive set of achievements garnered over the course of his career. He earned his MBA in Real Estate Finance Concentration and his BBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). He has built a name for himself within the UTSA community, having received the CCIM-John Vogel-UTSA Project Competition Award. Additionally, Matt participated in the UTSA Embrey Real Estate Finance and Development Program’s alumni roundtable, has been a guest lecturer for the program, and has served as an Internship Supervisor for the College of Business at UTSA. Matt is also a recent graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio Leadership Program.
