San Antonio’s central business district is losing a longtime tenant during a period when there’s a push to bring more businesses to the core.
The law firm Strasburger Price Oppenheimer Blend has signed a 15-year lease for about 36,000 square feet at the Bakery Building on Broadway, the site of the former ButterKrust bakery. The firm already is planning the office layout there and expects to move into its new digs by June, said Ed Valdespino, partner in charge for the law group.
