Another major name in San Antonio’s office market is gearing up for the new wave of potential users honing in on the Alamo City.
All told, R.L. Worth & Associates expects to start construction on three new office buildings — a grand total of 240,000 square feet of new office space — before 2014 comes to an end.
These are not speculative projects, says Bob Worth, founder and president of the namesake firm. His firm has eschewed speculative projects. A certain amount of preleasing has to be in place before the firm will begin construction.
Given the current state of the office market, Worth expects to have little trouble getting the preleasing accomplished for all three projects.
