The San Antonio office of law firm Strasburger recently traded in its central business district address for a new location at The Bakery Building on Broadway — a joint development between local firms R.L. Worth & Associates and C.H. Guenther & Son Inc.
With its move to The Bakery, Strasburger becomes one of the latest corporate additions to San Antonio’s growing midtown submarket just north of downtown.
The Business Journal spoke with Strasburger partner Edward F. Valdespino about the move.
What inspired the move? I really did not consider anything outside of downtown until my former partner, Tock McCrae, at (C.H. Guenther & Son Inc.) reached out and asked us to consider The Bakery Building.
I could see the possibilities of creating something unique. I also envisioned Strasburger as being a part of the exciting redevelopment of the Broadway corridor.
