A redevelopment project along Broadway is gaining some legal muscle.
Strasburger Price Oppenheimer Blend LLP has inked a 15-year lease for 36,000 square feet at The Bakery Building on Broadway — a multimillion-dollar redevelopment of the former Butterkrust Bakery at 2201 Broadway.
The move will enable the law firm to consolidate the two offices it currently has downtown, into one large space just north of downtown. The firm will fully occupy the two-story 33,000-square-foot structure known as the Bakery Annex, plus 3,000 square feet of adjoining space in the renovated former bakery hall.
The law firm’s name will be on the north face of the building — visible from southbound Broadway.
