One of San Antonio’s most prolific developers has a plan for bringing some much needed space to the office market.
R.L. Worth & Associates has begun construction on the first of three buildings in its latest office park — the Ridgewood Business Center.
The office park will be located within the larger master-planned development known as Ridgewood Park — which spans a total of 122 acres of land along U.S. Highway 281.
The inaugural building in the Ridgewood Business Center, a single-story structure of 65,000 square feet, will enter the market with a noted tenant already in tow: PulteGroup Inc. The Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based homebuilder has inked a lease for 15,000 square feet. The space will serve as the local headquarters for PulteGroup — the parent company behind such brands as Pulte Homes, Centex and Del Webb.
