One of San Antonio’s most prolific developers has a plan for bringing some much needed space to the local market.
R.L. Worth & Associates has begun construction on the first of three buildings in its newest office park — the Ridgewood Business Center. The inaugural building will span 65,000 square feet over one story — thereby allowing for the larger blocks of space that are in demand among today’s office users, says Bob Worth, founder and president of R.L. Worth.
The building will be located on 6.5 acres of land along Dry Creek Way and Ridgewood Parkway. The entire project will be constructed within the larger master-planned development known as Ridgewood Park — which spans a total of 122 acres along U.S. Highway 281.
