The former headquarters of NuStar Energy LP will soon be occupied by another high-profile San Antonio-based company: Zachry Construction Co.
Shawn Gulley, vice president of leasing for R.L. Worth & Associates, confirms that Zachry Construction has purchased Building I at the Heritage Oaks at Inwood office park on the far North Side.
The 84,000-square-foot building will serve as the new headquarters for the company, which is currently located at 12625 Wetmore Road in North Central San Antonio.
Zachry Construction is scheduled to move to Building I during mid- to late summer, Gulley says.
